I read this book back in December 2019. It came recommended by Andreas Hapel, a good friend and mentor I worked with.

The book is a must-read to understand the complexities and dynamics of how teams function, communicate and deliver.

Some years later I had the pleasure of getting on a call with one of the authors, Manuel. Fantastic person. It’s one of the books I recommend to anyone who wants to progress in engineering management, or to an IC aspiring to move from senior and beyond. A fantastic tool.
